Former Prince Andrew looks terrified as he leaves jail in first photos since arrest

Former Prince Andrew appeared to be visibly shaken and terrified as he was seen leaving Aylsham Police Station in the UK on the evening of February 19, 2026.

The news came just hours after he was arrested earlier in the day on suspicion of misconduct inside the public office. The arrest took place on his 66th birthday at his residence on the Sandringham estate.

The matter relates to allegations of the former prince being tied to his past role as a British trade envoy, specifically linked to the fact that he shared some very confidential government data with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Images showed Andrew in the back seat of a vehicle, leaving custody, appearing very distressed with big eyes as he tried to shield himself from all cameras. He was surrounded by a driver and another unidentified man as he departed the police station following roughly 11 to hours of police custody.

The arrest and release under investigation highlighted a dramatic moment in the controversial matter linked to the Epstein Files.

This has garnered so much public interest and media scrutiny across the board.
