Passenger sucked out of a Ryanair plane window at 15,000ft says the crew did nothing while my wife saved my life... then all I heard from the airline was an email asking if I wanted to rebook

The passenger who was recently sucked out of a Ryanair plane window is detailing more about the incident that nearly took his life.

Ljubisa Karovic, who is a businessman from Serbia, says the only reason he's alive today is all thanks to his wife. She helped him during an emergency situation where he was partially sucked headfirst out of a shattered cabin window on Ryanair flight FR1879 on July 10 of this year.

The harrowing mid-air emergency arose at nearly 15,000 feet shortly after the Boeing 737-800 departed from Thessaloniki in Greece, which was bound for Germany.

Initial findings shared how the incident arose due to a major engine blade rupture. Moreover, shrapnel was seen flying out from the right-hand engine, striking the fuselage and shattering the window right next to his seat.

In the end, the airline did nothing but ask him if he'd like to rebook with him, leaving him stunned.
