A 41-year-old self-described homeless freedom fighter from Kentucky was arrested after livestreaming herself vandalizing the WWII memorial in Washington DC.
During the live broadcast on social media, Farris was seen pouring foam into the Atlantic Pavilion fountain, splattering pink and green paint on the ground. At the same time, she spray-painted Clean Hands Dirty $ onto a memorial wall.

Soon after that, she urged viewers to edit the video to make her look fancy and spread it online. In past reports, she claimed she was exposing alleged government corruption and wiretap surveillance.

Following this incident, Farris was seen walking into a federal courthouse in Virginia to turn herself in. Her case was transferred to Washington DC. She now faces two federal charges.
