Tylor Chase, the Ned's Declassified Actor Experiencing Homelessness, to Enter Rehab After Hospitalization

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide alum Tylor Chase has been hospitalized and is expected to enter rehab next.

Jacob Harris, who is the owner of Shipwreck Barbershop in Riverside, California, shared more about how he visited Chase for three hours on Christmas Day and was able to find a crisis center that would come out and do an on-site evaluation.

After this evaluation, Harris mentioned that the workers decided Chase needed to get medical attention at the Riverside area hospital.

TMZ shared more about how Chase is on a 72-hour hold and is getting treatment before being taken to a rehab facility.

Harris mentioned that he got involved with Chase after the Mighty Ducks and asked him for help locating Chase. The latter was experiencing homelessness. Harris was then linked with Chase's dad, his costars, and other loved ones.

Harris also mentioned to local media outlets how Chase is in good care right now, and the future is appearing bright. He just needed some guidance to actually do something to help.
