JD Vance is hitting back at rumors regarding his marriage to his wife, Usha.
The American Vice President broke his silence after his wife was spotted twice without her wedding ring, which many deemed to be a very rare or unusual occasion.
He did admit in his comments how he’s marriage and relationship in general are always under the radar and how he’s facing immense pressure on this front.
The second lady chose to leave her wedding ring at home on two back-to-back public engagements, and the press couldn’t help but document it.
Usha was seen without her ring first when attending an event with First Lady Melania Trump. Then last week, she was again seen without it while delivering a speech at Joint Base Andrews with Melania by her side.
What made the matter worse is that the first time her rep shared that she simply forgot to wear it, but many hoped that the second time, the reasoning could be better, but her reps refused to comment on the matter.
‘She does a lot of dishes, gives a lot of baths, and tends to forget her ring sometimes. It’s nothing major’- her team replied, but that just made the controversy grow further as she was again seen without it.
Vance simply brushed it off as ‘nothing to talk about,’ making it seem like it was no big deal and therefore shouldn’t be speculated. The news comes after weeks from his viral hug with Erika Kirk, which many deemed to be highly inappropriate for a public event.
