President Trump's health is now again the subject of much debate and controversy after his recent public appearance at the NATO Summit in Ankara.
The president's viral clip showed him slowly climbing the stairs of his Air Force One while gripping the handrails, ending in the very bizarre and involuntary backward flick of his left hand near the top.

The moment ended up triggering widespread social media speculation linked to his physical mobility, adding to a list of recent public observations. Visible bruising on his hands and cuts were also seen, where online users speculated that they were covered with the help of a concealer.
Noticeable swelling on his lower legs, previously diagnosed by the White House as chronic venous sufficiency did, shut down haters in the past. We've also seen past stumbles and very cautious descents on plane stairs in the years 2025 and 2026. Despite the major concern, Trump's doctor declared him in excellent health and fully fit after a complete examination by 22 specialists, attributing the hand bruises to frequent handshakes and use of aspirin.

Despite this, critics keep questioning the transparency of the official disclosures, especially those linked to presidents of advanced age.
