World’s Tallest, Fastest and Longest Giga Dive Coaster Officially Opens at Six Flags

Six Flags Over Texas has officially opened up Tormenta Rampaging Run, which has broken six world records.

It's now being dubbed the tallest, fastest, longest, and first-ever giga dive roller coaster. This is present in Arlington, Texas, and the ride is said to be opened to the general public on July 9 after a short commissioning delay to ensure all safety systems meet the specifications of the manufacturer.

Themed after Spain's traditional running of the bulls, this ride is present in the immersive Rancho de la Tormenta Plaza. It's said to boast different record-shattering statistics.

The mega 285-foot, beyond vertical drop at a 95-degree angle, features a dramatic three-second pause dangling over the edge. The speed also reaches a maximum of 87 mph across 4199 feet of track.
