He was represented by leading civil rights attorney Ben Crump, the family had Wells' remains flown to Washington DC for this procedure, with the results expected to arrive soon.
While the Jackson County Sheriff's Department mentioned that investigators currenlty found no evidence of foul play and suspect drowning by accident, a major number of queries keep arising on this front.
