A shocking new video has taken center stage that shows the exact moment a mother fell to her death after being fatally pushed down a giant slide at a popular tourist attraction in Colombia.
The accident occurred at the Entre Flores recreational site, where a video showed the final moments before the fatal fall occurred.
In that same footage, the woman is seen sitting inside a rubber tyre at the top of a steep, colorful slide while a staff member stands right behind her.
She seemed to be very nervous from the start and then asked the worker if someone would be waiting for her at the bottom. The employee reassures her that the ride is safe and that there's nothing to be frightened about.
He also explained how there was a pool at the end of the slide that always catches people. Just a few seconds later, the staff member pushes her down the slide. As she gains speed, the tyre moves along the track until it reaches a bend on the slide.
At that moment in time, she is suddenly thrown off the ride and falls about 4.5 meters to the ground. Witnesses shared the horror moment when the screaming arose, while one person asked if she had fallen off.
The woman couldn't survive the serious injuries, including major head and internal trauma. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she died in the end.
