Melania Trump Calls for 'Unity' Following Fatal Shootings of Peaceful Protesters in Minneapolis: 'I'm Against Violence'

First Lady Melania Trump was seen issuing a rare political statement where she called for unity and peaceful protest in reply to the rising tensions after two fatal shootings by federal immigration agents in Minneapolis.

During a recent interview with Fox & Friends, she mentioned that 'we need to unify' and urged demonstrators to protest in peace, stressing how she's against the violence taking place.

She also emphasized the importance of calm and restraint and referenced what she called a positive conversation between Trump, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, and the Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey.

They are all said to be working together to help prevent violence and make it a peaceful matter without any kind of riots.

Melania's remarks come as the Trump administration faced massive criticism over the deaths of civlilians which included a mother of three and an ICU nurse, in recent weeks.
