Pittsburgh attorney Paul Robinson and 13 ex-Pennsylvania State University students were charged in August of this year. This is right after an investigation into the fraternity-based cocaine trafficking operation in 2023 and 2024.

Main suppliers included Agostino Abbatiello and Thomas Robinson, who regularly traveled to Philadelphia and New York to get huge amounts of this drug.

Drugs were then packaged and distributed mostly at the Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternity houses, targeting fraternity members and social acquaintances. No active drug packaging took place on Penn State campus property.
