Hayden Panettiere's on-again, off-again lover, Brian Hickerson, had his request to reduce his past felony charges denied by the judge.
The news came just three days before the actress passed away.
Back in April of 2021. Heckerson pleaded no contest to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or lover after he was arrested in LA and hit with an eight-count criminal indictment. The charges stemmed from a series of abusive incidents between May 2019 and January 2020 involving the star.
The prosecution objected to both of the motions to expunge and limit the charges to a misdemeanor in a hearing on August 13. However, this was denied by the court, as shared by local media outlets recently.
