A 26-year-old former college soccer player was found dead on SoCal Beach.
The incident took place on July 22 after her remains were discovered floating in the waters of La Jolla Shores Beach in San Diego, California. One beachgoer shared more about how the incident arose near Ellen Browning Scripps Memorial Pier and alerted the San Diego Police Department.

Originally identified as a native of Anchorage, Alaska, Bryn White played defender for the Division 2 women's soccer team at Central Washington University during the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Appearing in nearly 15 games and earning the Great Northwest Athletic Conference All-Academic Team Honors in 2019, she was a force to be reckoned with.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office was seen listing her place of injury as Ocean-Undetermined. The official cause and manner of death still remain pending.
