New reports are speaking about 84-year-old Senator Mitch McConnell getting hospitalized after suffering a possible heart attack.
The sudden and serious health emergency arose when he was in Washington DC. As per emergency service dispatch audio obtained by different media outlets, first responders were seen discussing how they found him unconscious and therefore performed CPR on them for an apparent cardiac arrest.
The Republican member from Kentucky was said to be serving his seventh term in the American Senate when this took place. He's not cast a vote since June 11, as that's when this incident arose.
While his office did confirm that he underwent a hospitalization around that time, they refused to share more details on the personal matter.
