Trump storms off ‘Meet The Press’ interview after fiery exchange with NBC’s Kristen Welker over 2020 election

President Trump stormed out of an interview with NBC's Kristen Welker after a very heated exchange arose regarding crooked elections.

During that interview, which was pre-recorded, Trump attacked the integrity of the press, including the same show on which he was appearing.

The president mentioned how the Biden administration had sent people to jail who did nothing wrong. But the anchor pushed back and stated that there was no evidence so far to substantiate any of his allegations. This is right before making an attempt to steer the chat towards acting AG Todd Blanche. But the president was not having and chose to double down.

He added that there was plenty of evidence and, in fact, tremendous amounts, stating boldly, 'There is nothing but evidence!' The anchor continued to fight back, adding that nothing was presented in the court of law, so it cannot be confirmed.

That really rubbed the President the wrong way, and he chose to tell her that she's crooked, the press is crooked, and the 'Meet the Press' is crooked.
