President Trump celebrated the end of Stephen Colbert's show with a scathing post that was shared through a post on social media.
Colbert, whom Trump branded as a total jerk, starred in the final episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday night.
Colbert is finally finished at CBS, Trump mentioned on a post on Truth Social. 'Amazing that he lasted this long!'- the president added.
'No talent, no ratings, no life. He was like a dead person!'- the president continued to claim in the post. 'You could take any person off the street, and they would be better than this total jerk!'- he further explained, leaving many in shock.
Trump also concluded his message with a 'thank God he's gone!' message. Colbert held the show for 11 seasons, and previously, this same slot was fronted by David Letterman.
