Jasveen Sangha, the woman known as the Ketamine Queen, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for her role in the death of actor Matthew Perry by a US District Judge named Sherilyn Peace Garnett.
Sangha is now the third person out of five who pleaded guilty to be sentenced in connection with the star's death from a drug overdose in October 2023. Avoiding the trial that was planned for September.

As per the Associated Press, prosecutors had recommended a 15-year sentence, alleging that she ran a major drug operation that paid for her lifestyle.
For years, she was said to have operated a high-volume drug trafficking business out of her North Hollywood residence, as mentioned by prosecutors.

To cultivate her business, she marketed herself as an exclusive dealer who catered to high-profile Hollywood clients.
Sangha worked to expand and profit from her drug trafficking. She knew and disregarded the major harm her conduct was causing to others.
