America's health secretary is not getting much love after making the headlines again for another very bizarre reason.

He's already infamous for other kinds of bizarre health tips and tricks, but today, he's got plenty of Americans thinking that he might have just lost the plot.

A new clip featuring RFK Jr. speaking about a bizarre health regimen that involves meditating with dead people has people talking.

In the clip, he shares his routine that mixes strict discipline and some very unconventional habits. He added that as a fit man in his 70s, he practices intermittent fasting, which includes not eating for 17 hours a day, daily hikes comprising three miles, and working out in the gym for 35 minutes.

Everything does sound pretty fine until he sheds light on his art of meditation, and that includes taking part in daily meditation, which comprises talking to dead people. How's that for bizarre?
