The parents of a late Texas A&M cheerleader filed a mega $1 million lawsuit against two school organizations that served their daughter alcohol at a football tailgate, just a few hours before she fell to her death in November.
The 19-year-old was found dead at the base of a high-rise apartment complex after a terrifying 17-story fall.
The Austin Police Department went on to suggest later on that she committed suicide, but her grieving mother denied those reports and said she had spoken to her daughter before, and she was perfectly fine.
Now, the parents have filed a lawsuit against Austin Blacks Rugby Club and the University of Texas' Latin Economics and Business Association.
The lawsuit says that both firms served their underage daughter at the football tailgate hours before her sad demise.
The lawsuit details how her final hours were spent before her ill-fated plunge. She was first served a drink at the tailgate at 6 pm and then continued to party for a few hours while the defendants served more alcohol, as per the complaint. Aguilera is said to have been grossly intoxicated and eventually wandered off into a wooded area nearby.
