Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville, has chosen to accuse Trump of trying his best to divert the public's attention from the Epstein files.
This is through a direct attack on Venezuela, where a raid captured the country's president and the first lady.
Carville called this attack a calculated distraction designed to divert public attention from more controversies surrounding the White House.
Carville then argued about how it was time the public woke up and understood what was happening before it was too late.
"Come on, people! Wake up! If you think this is anything remotely legit, then I have news for you. You need to get the scales off your eyes!"- he warned.
The longtime political operative extended his criticism for Trump and Congress as well as the US Supreme Court. He accused both institiutions of failing to serve as meaningful checks on presidential power.
