A dentist from Ohio and his beloved wife were both found dead inside their residence after being fatally shot, with their two young kids also inside the house.
The kids were said to be heard crying by those who came to check on the couple.
Spencer Tepe and Monique Tepe were found with gunshot wounds inside their Columbus, Ohio, residence on Tuesday, as shared in the incident report.

Police responding to the requests for a welfare check found their bodies, and officials pronounced them both dead at the scene, the report added.
The couple's two young kids were also inside the home and were physically unharmed.
Emergency calls were made by the couple's friend and Spencer's co-worker, which revealed the distressing circumstances surrounding the discovery of their remains.

Dr. Mark Valrose, who owns the dentistry practice where Spencer used to work, explained to 911 that he was very concerned about Spencer who is known for arriving on time. The fact that he didn't show up for work, unannounced, was certainly strange. They also failed to get in touch with his emergency contact, who was his wife.
