Distressed Novak Djokovic comes clean on health condition after collapsing at Cincinnati Open

A very distressed Novak Djokovic has come clean on health condition after collapsing at the Cincinnati Open.

The leading tennis superstar has been managing a secret and long-term health battle following a severe physical breakdown during his second-round match at the leading event.

During the grueling loss to Argentina's Thiago Agustin Tirante, the Serb shocked the audience when he fell to his knees and required treatment on the court. He also seemed to vomit during a changeover amid the intense heat and humidity.

Despite getting medical assistance and receiving ice towels, he struggled through 2.5 hours of contest. Talking to the press post his match, he clarified that his physical distress was not due to the weather but instead had to do with a recurring health concern that seriously worsens with high temperatures and high-stress situations.
