A loving North Carolina couple was recently found dead, just one day after they celebrated their 40th anniversary.
The news has left the family and the entire community in mourning; local media outlets have confirmed.
Cops investigating the matter claim that the pair were found dead in an apparant murder suicide as shared by the police. Stephen Larnell Willetts and Tracey Parker Willetts were found dead in their home on Rowsgate Lane in New Hanover County on the morning of July 30, as per the Sheriff's Office.
Based upon the findings of the case so far, detectives believe that this is a murder suicide in which the wife fatally shot her husband before taking her own life. Right now, the investigation remains active, and additional information will be released as it slowly gets available.
