A hair salon owner who told transgender customers to go to a pet groomer instead of her salon has now learned her fate.
The salon owner from Michigan who told trans customers to seek services at a local pet groomer instead has faced major scrutiny for her actions and now will finally learn about her outcome of a legal battle that has lasted for years.

As per the Michigan Civil Rights Commission, she violated state anti-discrimination laws after salon owner Christie Geiger posted messages on Facebook in 2023 saying trans people were not welcome at her business.
The salon owner was reportedly told to remove the posts, finish anti-discrimination training, serve customers regardless of gender identity, and remember that all customers should be treated equally.

She was also warned against publicly rolling out ads that asked a specific gender identity to stay away.
