Hartley Wareham, who is the two-year-old brother of soccer star Jayden Wareham, has tragically passed away.
The incident arose just days after he was found unresponsive inside a swimming pool during a family holiday.
The family vacation in Spain went from happiness to tragic in minutes after the news arose inside their holiday villa where family and friends happened to be staying.
Hartley was found unresponsive inside the pool. His father pulled him out and performed CPR, which his mother then took over while neighbors called emergency services. Paramedics managed to temporarily restore his heartbeat before rushing him to a nearby hospital.
Despite medical efforts, Hartley passed away inside the hospital four days later. An inquest into his death officially opened at the Exeter Coroner's Court.
Jayden's club was seen sharing deep condolences and stated how they are fully supporting the forward star and his loved ones during this difficult period.
