Boxing star Hannah Rapp killed by alleged road rage driver while cycling in Texas

Rising professional boxing star Hannah Rapp has tragically died at the age of 26 after being hit by a vehicle while cycling in Texas.

The incident took place on the morning of July 18, on FM near Millican. This is where authorities reportedly arrested the motorist named Charles Medina and charged him with manslaughter.

As per the affidavit from the Brazos County Sheriff's Office, this collision stemmed from an apparent road rage encounter. Medina allegedly drove past Rapp and her lover at high speed, leaving only a foot of clearance.

Rapp's lover reacted by throwing his hands up and yelling towards the speeding vehicle. Deputies were seen alleging that Medina slammed on his brakes and skidded to a stop, put his car in reverse, and quickly accelerated in a backwards direction, striking Rapp. Rapp ended up hitting her head on the car's rear window, with enough force to shatter it and crush the rear hatch inwards.
