Three teen girls are now facing some serious felony charges after a terrifying incident unfolded recently.
The incident reportedly took place in Citrus Heights, California, where they intentionally threw a lit firecracker inside a baby nursery, hoping it would explode and start a fire.
The horrifying incident was captured on security cameras, where the juveniles were seen targeting the home at about 7 pm on a Tuesday. This firecracker swiftly ignited a mattress inside the room. As per the local police, the targeted attack stemmed from a past dispute and ongoing bullying that involved another teen who was residing at the residence.
While the family did manage to keep the flames under control using a garden hose, the nursery and all baby essential supplies present happened to be destroyed completely. The homeowners shared how they were expecting their son Noah in less than two weeks. The blaze ended up wiping every single gift and essential item from the baby shower that was held nearly two weeks back.
