The search for two missing men inside Preston did end up in tragedy when their remains were found inside a vehicle hidden inside thick undergrowth.
Both William Hutchinson and Stauart Tallis were reported missing by loved ones who claim to have last seen them alive 11 days ago. Following tips that suggested how two men may have been together, the police found Hutchinson's blue Peugeot off the westbound carriageway near the junction with the A583 Blackpool Road at Newton with Clifton.
Authorities did share their deep condolences with the families, noting how the men seemed to have lost their lives in very tragic circumstances. Authorities did feel the car left the carriageway at about 5:30 am on June 24. Investigators are now looking for more clues and urging the public to provide more assistance on this matter.
