Doctors Confirm Bullet Cannot Be Removed from Head of Girl, 11, Shot While Waiting for Food in McDonald’s Parking Lot

Tragic reports are speaking about an 11-year-old girl named Dora Belen Rivera who was shot while waiting for her food at McDonald's.

The young child was shot while sitting inside her car outside a McDonald's eatery in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Her father, Oscar Roman Miron, was reportedly by her side when the incident took place.

Sources shared more about how the family was caught in the midst of a crossfire incident where an altercation had broken out inside the parking lot while Miron's partner was inside picking up their meal. Two other kids, 2 and 5, were also inside the vehicle but managed to escape without any kind of physical injury.

The child was treated at a nearby hospital for her wounds to the hip and has since been released to recover at home. But Rivera remains in the hospital in stable condition with a bullet lodged in her head. Doctors did confirm that they couldn't remove this at the time, as doing so would have put her life at greater risk of harm.
