After trying her luck at the same lottery twice every week for more than 25 years, one woman from Toronto finally got the news she could only dream of. Yes, she had finally won $1 million, and it was something that she had been wanting for years.
The winner was shared through a news release from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation as Laurie M. She won big time while playing the famous LOTTO 6/49 draw on May 6.
She bought that winning ticket at a pharmacy in Scarborough, but it was forgotten in her bag for more than a few days. When she saw the ad for the lottery again outside a store, she remembered how she needed to try her luck on the last purchase that she made.
