A three-year-old tragically passed away after being struck in a shocking hit and run incidnet in Southwest Baltimore. The incident took place this week when a vehicle was taken on a drive without permission by an underage driver. The driver was identified by the cops and taken into custody.
The incident arose at West Pratt Street near South Monroe Street in the Mount Clare neighborhood. Cops determined that the car involved was reported stolen by a family member right before the collision took place.
