The investigation into the tragic and mysterious death of a 39-year-old personal trainer has left many baffled.
The resident from South Carolina, Elena Katherine Moore, was found dead in the woods, but her autopsy results failed to show any signs of violence or abuse. Her search reportedly intensified after the discovery of emotional and cryptic posts across social media.
Both pals and investigators shared more about how Moore used a secondary account on Instagram to share those posts that highlighted distress in a relationship, serious emotional pain, and serious anxiety. In a post from May, she mentioned how she felt a deep sense of exhausting hatred that sat inside her chest due to someone, but she never wished to become such a person.
She also shed light on how her love turned into something painful and very heavy on the heart, while expressing hate for memories that would never leave her alone. Investigators are not revealing the cause of death and are still waiting for final test results before revealing the verdict.
