Person dies after trains collide on Munich bridge, sending carriages tumbling to street below

Tragic reports are speaking about a horrifying railway accident that occurred in Munich, Germany, where a collision between two freight trains gave rise to fatalities and major damage to the infrastructure.

During the early hours of Saturday, two cargo trains collided while traveling over a railway bridge in Munich. The impact caused two wagons to derail and plunge about 5 meters off the bridge, landing on the street below. One railway worker was tragically killed in that accident.

Furthermore, train carriages were destroyed, and several vehicles parked or traveling on the street below were said to be damaged by the falling wagons.
