A schizophrenic woman who viciously stabbed to death a newlywed at a Toronto drugstore was surprisingly allowed to walk free over a decade after the senseless rampage.
The Ontario Review Board granted Rohinie Bisesar an absolute discharge on June 3 after claiming that she no longer poses a serious threat to public safety and committed to doing everything possible she could to try and get better.
The bombshell decision arose more than a decade after Bisesar plunged a knife into the chest of Rosemarie Junor, inside a downtown Toronto Shoppers Drug Mart on December 11, 2015. The financial adviser, clad in business attire and standing less than 5 feet tall, took off after the stabbing spree but was captured soon by the police in Toronto.
