A federal judge in Florida revoked the release of 16-year-old Timothy Hudson, ordering him into the custody of US Marshals to await trial for the murder and sexual assault of his stepsister, Anna Kepner.

The judge agreed that he was just too dangerous to remain free during this time, posing an imminent danger to the entire community.

Kepner was found dead and wrapped in a blanket and hidden under a bed in the cabin she shared with Hudson and another sibling. The parents had no idea about what went down that night, as she had just told them that she would like to go to bed early. But when she did not show up for breakfast the next morning, that's when panic set in. It was the housekeeping staff aboard the cruise that found her remains hidden in her room.
