Iryna Zarutska's alleged killer SCREAMS at judge in foul outburst as he's officially deemed not fit to stand trial for young woman's horrendous train murder

The man accused of killing Iryna Zarutska was seen screaming at a judge in a foul outburst as he was officially deemed not fit to stand trial for the horrifying train murder of the young victim.

Decarlos Brown Jr. was seen carrying out a foul-mouthed courtroom outburst after the federal judge officially ruled him incompetent to stand trial. During his June 2026 hearing, Brown shouted at the judge and claimed he wanted to press charges against the FBI, and ranted that there was material in his body.

The US District Judge Kenneth Bell ruled that Brown suffered from a serious mental disease or defect that prevented him from understanding the legal proceedings or helping in his defense.

This federal decision officially halts the federal case for violence against a mass transit system resulting in death.
