A major emergency response was triggered at Mozo Wonder City, which is a large shopping mall in Nagoya.
The incident arose after several visitors suddenly started coughing and experiencing serious irritation in their eyes and throats. Most of the reports arose from the fourth floor of the popular shopping mall near a gaming arcade, where witnesses reported a very unusual smell and people began coughing out loud.
Emergency services, including firefighters, cops, and ambulances, were dispatched after reports that most people were suffering from these common symptoms of breathing difficulties, eye discomfort, and more.
Several were rushed to the hospital for examination, but all initial reports declared that the patients remained conscious the whole time. Authorities were quick to evacuate the gaming area and establish safety cordons while investigating the cause of this disturbance. The rest of the mall remained operational as per reports.
