The Arizona high school graduate who had his ear ripped off after flipping into a pool on senior skip day is now opting to sue his classmate's parents after jumping off their roof into a pool during an alcohol fueled Senior Skip Day party.
This is an incident that left him with a concussion and part of his ear torn off. The 18-year-old plaintiff named Blake Barnes filed the lawsuit last month against the homeowners, Brandon and Megan Spencer, after this incident took place at their home in Phoenix's Ahwatukee neighborhood.
Nearly 100 to 150 underage students from Desert Vista High School attended the backyard gathering with digital invites that told kids to bring their own alcohol. A further blood test determined how Barnes' level was 114%. Barnes is seen in the shocking footage attempting a front flip from the roof into the backyard of the pool, missing it, and striking his head on the pool deck.
