Tragic reports are speaking about the death of five members of the same family, including four-year-old twins who died in a fiery car crash while traveling to visit a relative for their graduation.

Sources from local media outlets shared more about how the incident took place in Southern California while they were going to Arizona last month. The family's vehicle burst into flames after it was t-boned by a driver in San Bernardino County on Friday. The victims have been identified as Sergio Leon from Fresno, his partner, and their four-year-old twins. Sergio's brother also passed away in this crash.

The other driver was identified as 60-year-old Hollyw Chafey, who also passed away in this tragedy at the scene. Investigations are still taking place as the family awaits more details on this tragedy that ripped an entire family apart.
