Hunters shoot dead teenage boy after mistaking him for a deer as his heartbroken girlfriend pays tribute

Tragic reports are speaking about how three Russian hunters were arrested after shooting dead a teenage boy whom they mistook for a deer while hunting in Siberia.

Ruslan Guas was killed when he was shot by a group made up of two businessmen and a football coach. The trio was allegedly drunk when the tragedy arose and fled from the scene, before later handing themselves over to the police.

As per investigators, two teens were riding mopeds near the village in the Kemerovo region when they heard a vehicle approaching. They assumed that it could be the police, and that's when the duo left the road and hid in nearby bushes. Moments after that, Yevgeny opened fire after seeing a silhouette, but little did he know that the object he was targeting was the teen boy. Russian investigators have since then launched a murder investigation.
