One reviewing officer was seen detailing more about how one incident arose where she exposed her breasts to a visitor who was unapproved through video call. That person on the other end responded by exposing themselves and walking around nude.
Other than that, guards were said to have found more personal images of her where she's naked and indecently exposed.
