A pregnant Walmart worker and her unborn baby were fatally shot during a tragic incident of target killing.
According to reports from local media outlets, Ava Woodcock was 36 weeks pregnant with her unborn daughter, whose name was Nevaeh Marie. Little did she know that she would be shot and killed while seated in her car inside the parking lot of a Walmart.
Woodcock was swiftly transferred to a nearby local hospital, but sadly, she and her baby girl had died after sustaining serious injuries. Investigators shared more about how the shooting stemmed from a domestic violence dispute that entailed Brandon Bond, who is the father of Woodcock's unborn child.
Authorities also shared more about Woodcock's final moments, stating in court documents that the young mom had pulled into a commercial parking lot in Glasgow.
