A 28-year-old tourist from Australia was left fighting for her life after a shocking and devastating dirt bike incident during a holiday that was held in Hamilton.
As per reports from local media outlets, she had flown from Australia to surprise a close friend of hers and happened to be staying on a farm when the incident took place. While trying to assist in moving a dirt bike into a shed at night, she lost full control of the powerful bike and accidentally drove off a retaining wall as she couldn't see in the dark.

Sources shared how the bike weighed nearly 90kg and landed on top of her, giving rise to a catastrophic incident with so many injuries.
Doctors shared more about how she suffered from several facial fractures, a bleeding brain, spinal fractures, a collapsed lung, and serious cuts to her face and tongue. Soon after that, she was rushed to the ICU at Waikato Hospital and placed in an induced coma as doctors worked hard to stabilize her condition. Despite all the surgeries, loved ones claim she is determined to get back to better health soon.
