A woman from Lake Worth Beach in Florida was seen getting pulled over and cited for using a wireless communications device while she was driving.
As per the citation, a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputy observed the device in her right hand as she traveled northbound on North Dixie Highway.
There's one major issue: she does not have a right hand but got fined for using her right hand. This has made the situation very bizarre, forcing her to appeal.
The woman was seen recording the traffic stop and sharing that online, where it swiftly went viral. In the video, the deputy could be heard stating that he saw the phone in her right hand, but she pushed back on the spot.
Sources revealed how the charge comes with a $116 penalty, and she's since then requested body camera footage from PBSO and says she plans to fight the citation in court.
