Tragic reports are speaking about a woman and her two children being found dead after an alleged domestic violence attack in Sydney's south west.
Emergency services were called to a residence in Campbelltown just before 8 pm.
The cops found the remains of two children and a woman inside. A 47-year-old man was then arrested at the scene and rushed to Campeltown police station.
There was a large-scale police presence tonight on the street where the cops had established a crime scene. The home was cordoned off with police tape, and several police vehicles with flashing lights were parked up and down that same street.
Cops were seen in the front yard of the residence. Now, detectives are investigating the matter in detail with the help of the State Crime Command's homicide squad.
The cops called on anyone with more information to please come forward, and they are expected to appear for a press briefing later tonight.
