Nine DEAD in Airport Train and Bus Fireball Crash as ‘Explosions’ Heard

At least eight people are dead, and nearly 35 more are injured after a freight train collided with a public bus.

The incident took place near an airport railway station in Thailand's capital city of Bangkok today, as per local media outlets.

Videos were being shared online that showed several vehicles stopping at a railway crossing as the train struck an orange bus at the front of the line.

The impact seemingly dragged several vehicles along the tracks before the bus caught on fire, swiftly engulfing the surrounding cars in flames.

Nearby, several motorcyclists also appeared to have been thrown onto the road as a result of this collision.

Eight people were pronounced dead, and that quickly rose to nine, while 35 remain injured. Thankfully, the blaze is now out as the bodies are being recovered, the police confirmed.
