College grad, 22, who just landed her dream job is fatally shot, allegedly by boyfriend’s dad

A recent college graduate who had just landed her childhood dream job was shot and killed by her lover's dad, who was arrested for the accidental shooting over two months later.

Whitney Robeson was just 22 and was found with a gunshot wound inside a home in Trussville, Alabama, at about 9:30 pm in March of this year. Sources shared more about how she was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead, as per the police.

More than two months later, cops cuffed Jeffrey Scott Towers, who was the dad of Robeson's boyfriend, on charges linked to manslaughter following an extensive investigation into this shooting.

The shooting was ruled accidental by the coroner's office, but details have yet to reveal how he mistakenly shot at his son's lover. The heartbroken family says their daughter had just recently landed a dream job in the world of interior design.
