It's been a week since actor Eric Dane's death was announced last week by his loved ones but despite that, more controversies are arising regarding the star's troubled life and how the world knew very little about his problems.
Dane was last seen in public in a wheelchair in Los Angeles at the start of November last year. Sources shared more about how Dane was diagnosed less than one year back with ALS, and now friends and loved ones are left facing the agonizing possibility that Dane's years of hellraising might have played a crucial role in his own cruel and rapid decline.
A source close to the late actor shared with media outlet Daily Mail that Eric was using and abusing, and he often never realized the impact that it might have on his life and career until it was just too late.
This is said to be a common notion, but he did finally realize that what he was doing to his life, his career, and personal life was taking a toll on him negatively.

The source continued how it was not only the struggles as he relapsed, but also dealt with matters like depression and a few more things.
The real sad part was when he got his life back together, he was diagnosed with ALX, and that was a complete gut punch.

The star was open about wild living and how he started using drugs in high school. He got sober at the age of 26, but at the peak of his career, he relapsed. Then, in 2009, a video was leaked of the star having a threesome in a hot tub featuring his wife, Gayheart, and former Miss USA teen, Kari Ann Peniche. These were just some of the troubles of the star that sources claim kept getting worse as the years went on.
