Newly attained police records reveal more about how celebrity chef Anne Burrell left a handwritten s*icidal note in the primary bedroom of her residence in Brooklyn, New York, on the same morning that she died.
Her sudden death in June of last year left fans and colleagues from the TV industry in shock. The note was said to have been discovered by an investigator after authorities were called to the home.

In the same room, police also found journal entries described as 'suicidal', suggesting how Burrell was struggling with her mental health before her death, as per a new report.

Burrell's partner, Stuart Claxton, noticed something was wrong that same morning when he found the bed unusually made and then discovered her unresponsive on the bathroom floor, surrounded by over-the-counter pills. He then made attempts to rouse her and called 911 when she failed to respond.
