Actress Jessica Alba and producer Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce.
The duo brought a legal end to their marriage of 16 years. This split was described as amicable, and both parties agreed not to pay ongoing spousal support to one another. Instead, the divorce settlement entailed a major financial equalization payment of $3 million from Alba to Warren.
This was structured into two installments over the next year. The pair reached these terms despite not having signed any prenuptial agreement when they got married again in the year 2008.
Furthermore, Alba and Warren would be sharing joint custody of their three kids, including daughters Honor and Haven, as well as son Hayes. They would also be co-parenting following this divorce.
Alba also chose to restore her legal name to Jessica Marie Alba as part of this judgment.
